Privacy at New York Titans.

This site is operated by New York Titans. We collect the minimum information needed to operate the site and respond to your inquiries. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to contact us about it.

Information we collect

From form submissions. When you submit our Sponsor Inquiry or General Interest form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, organization or category, optional phone, and your message). We use this only to respond to you. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing.

From analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-focused, cookie-free, and does not collect any personally identifiable information. Plausible aggregates page views and referrers without tracking individual users across sites.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies for tracking, advertising, or personalization. We do not use cookie banners because we do not use cookies that require consent under common privacy laws.

How we store and use your data

Form submissions are delivered to a Titans-controlled inbox via Resend, our email service provider. We retain inquiries for as long as is reasonable to maintain a record of communication and follow up appropriately. You may request that we delete information you have sent us at any time.

Children

The site is intended for a general audience. If a minor's information appears anywhere on the site (for example, in a roster), it is published only with recorded consent from a parent or legal guardian.
